beginning July 1st, my rates will be increasing slightly to reflect both the current market and the continued training/investment in my practice.

any appointments booked currently will reflect the previous rate. the updated rate for a 60-minute session will be $125 (previously $120), and all other session lengths will adjust proportionally following this rate change.

the low end of my sliding scale rates will remain unchanged ($90-$125 for 60 minutes) in order to help maintain accessibility for those who need it. thank you so much for your continued support and trust.

the therapeutic massage has a more specific approach, catering to 1-2 problem areas. this is great for specific pain in the body like shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, tmj, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, and more.

deep tissue is a system of massage that restores joint range of motion, creates deeply relaxing & restorative effects through the process of removing superficial and deep adhered muscle layers, realigning scar tissue & releasing conscious and unconscious tension stored deep in the body & mind.

⚘ GRIEF MASSAGE

grief massage is a place to be with your grieving self. this can be a safe and nurturing space with no intention of fixing your grief. grief massage provides a unique and peaceful massage for people in any stage of grieving. this type of massage can be a powerful component of self-care in meeting you right where you are during a stressful and sensitive time in your grief journey.

the session can focus on physical manifestations that an increased stress response due to grief can bring forth, including

stress/anxiety, muscles aches and pains, depression, sleeping difficulties, headaches / migraine, compromised immune system.

reiki can be infused to these sessions to address some of the more emotional and spiritual points of stagnation related to grief.

reiki 靈氣 is a powerful form of spiritual and energetic healing that originated in japan and promotes healing and transformation. ever since it left its ancestral homelands, this hands on (and off) healing modality has over a million practitioners world-wide.

hana is an okuden reiki level II practitioner, trained by morohoshi sensei in the usui lineage.

reiki can be incorporated into any session.

⚘ CUPPING

the purpose of cupping therapy is to promote healing by loosening connective tissue, scarring/adhesions, and increasing lymphatic flow and circulation. another benefit is to stimulate blood-flow and pull inflammation from the body to the surface of the skin towards the lymphatic system. all treatment is therapeutic in nature.

cupping therapy utilizes silicone or plastic cups and a vacuum pump to create suction on the body surface. these cups are moved over the skin using gliding, shaking, popping and rotating techniques while gently pulling up on the cup, or may be left in a fixed position for a short time to facilitate joint mobilization or soft tissue release.

cupping can be booked added to any session for no additional cost, just let me know during our session, or on your intake form.
