⚘ what is your cancellation policy?

cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are fully refunded. cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance but more than 24 hours in advance are refunded at 50%. canecllations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are charged for the full service.  

⚘ how does reiki work?

in essence, reiki 靈氣 universal source energy is channeled through the practitioner to the client who then receives the energy like a spark that ignites the client’s natural healing abilities. in this way, a reiki practitioner assists the client in healing themselves. come and experience for yourself the soothing benefits of reiki. 

⚘ when should I arrive for my massage?

10-15 minutes before your appointment time. this will give us time to fill out any forms, talk about what you're looking for, and for you to transition onto the table so we can begin the session on time.
