i'm excited to now offer bodywork packages for returning clients who want to support deeper, more consistent care. regular sessions can help the body unwind chronic holding patterns, regulate the nervous system, and build longer-term therapeutic change over time. 

packages are available for 60 and 90 minute sessions and can be used for massage therapy, cupping, reiki, and integrative bodywork sessions. 

they also make a thoughtful gift for loved ones who could use rest, care, grounding, and support in their healing process. gifting bodywork can be a meaningful way to offer nourishment beyond material objects. 

current package offerings:

• 3 x 60 minute sessions - $360 ($120/session)

• 5 x 60 minute sessions - $575 ($115/session)

• 3 x 90 minute sessions - $510 ($170/session)

• 5 x 90 minute sessions - $825 ($165/session)

single session rates will increase July 1st, while package rates allow returning clients to continue receiving care at a reduced rate. 

packages are non-transferable and valid for 12 months from purchase date.
